So in this program after 7 days you're supposed to move to level two or are you supposed to move when you are comfortable.
I don't know if she said this in the opening because i never listen but is this something you do 7 days a week or are you supposed to take a rest day?
Second ?
Is there a diet plan like p90x or are you just supposed to monitor it yourself.
Has anyone changed their diet?

I plan on moving to the next level at day 10, or whenever I feel I'm ready. I have not changed my diet, but I don't know if she has a plan that you can follow. I stay within the MFP guidelines as much as I can for my diet.0

My first time I did each level for 10 days before moving on, now I'm bouncing between levels. I did it for 30 days straight (so 7 days a week) and did not change my diet. I've kept within my MFP calories. There was a post a few weeks ago about how you're not supposed to do the shred everyday, but I think when it originally came out she intended for it to be done daily (why else would she say "see you tomorrow"?). I didn't take days off, but I know many people do.
Also, I think if you check out her website there is a "meal plan" (it might also be in the extra's of the DVD but I've never looked), but I think it costs extra. I think. I looked at her website a couple weeks ago but wasn't looking for a meal plan, I was looking for other video's/reviews.0 -
you kind of move along at your own pace but i would do whatever you want. my first time around i did L1 for 10 days and this time i might just switch up the levels because i'm bored. i don't follow the diet plan. seems kind of expensive (especially for a college student) and mfp has a great logging system already. just make sure you get enough protein because we are using weights.0
