Hey, guys I thought I'd start the convo by telling you a little bit about myself.
I'm a college student committed to getting healthy and loosing weight! I've lost 53 lbs before using ww but it came all back and now I'm committed to mfp because it works and fits my lifestyle

What about you guys? :)

    Hi there! My name is Allison. I am a stay at home mom with two kiddies. I lost all of my baby weight while breast feeding and have since gained it back :( I work out at home during nap times or after the kids are asleep. I rotate Jillian Michaels DVDs and am trying c25k (or was before it started snowing). I would like to lose 40 lbs but more importantly teach my kids the value of health and exercise. Can't wait to start the challenge :)
