Finished final lean phase of CLX! Its taken me down to a UK Size 10 from a 12 on the whole although not lost much actual weight doing it with muscle growth feeling pretty good and strong. Now trying to decide between starting again and trying to go heavier as just ordered better weights, probably doing the lean week one more time while waiting for them - or doing the Lean for Life month and starting again in the New Year............

Part of me just wants to start again sooner as I know I could have eaten a bit better with it despite keeping to calories (mostly) and lifted heavier particularly on the lower body. Up until this order this morning I had weights that took ages to unscrew and screw heavier weights back on between different areas of the body so I didn't bother pausing it to do etc would have taken ages so I just left on the same ones as upper. I will therefore recommit to getting my lower body into gear and lifting heavier overall.

I was amused at my work Christmas drinks the other day we were talking about the workouts we do and I had everyone squeezing my arm muscles all impressed! My lower thighs are hard and I have more definition on my stomach than I've had in my life and it feels quite hard but can still grab a wobble area and upper thighs still wibbly. Barely any cellulite now too. Love lifting!

Congratulations on finishing!! Why wait, start right into the first phase again...and this time, GO HEAVY OR GO HOME! haha :o) You definitely can use wayyy heavier weights on the lower body exercises so I'm glad you got some new weights to do the next round with. You'll see much better results too, I think, because the largest muscle groups are in the lower body. So if you can build that muscle, think of how much more you are revving your metabolism and blasting fat off your body!! Good luck on sticking to a clean diet through the holidays...that's so hard...but trying it better than nothing!! Can't wait to hear your results after round 2 - I think you're going to surprise yourself!

    Thanks Jade!

Holidays were why I was thinking about starting it in the New Year but once I get the new weights I know I'll want to have a play and get stuck in.

I'm off the pill now too so we'll see if that also helps....quite hopeful and excited for the next round!

I also bought "The New Rules of Lifting for Women" and I've been reading that through, going to stick with at least a second round of this before trying their workouts as they do ideally require a full on gym and I like my living room but on reading I have upped my cals a bit and increased my protein to 30%
