What are you going to do differently this week?

'Tis the season...everything is crazy...there's shopping, parties, kid's Christmas plays and concerts, finding time to see Santa, trees to decorate, baking, volunteer work to do, and of course all the normal ins and outs of life don't stop for a second. It can be hard to continue our weight loss or even maintenence during this time.
And yet, it is a time of opportunity - to test ourselves, to rise to the challenge, perhaps a chance to try something different (since everything is upside down anyhow...)
So I ask you, what are you going to do differently this week to aid you on your journey to fitness and health?
Me, I'm going to exercise during my lunch time at work. The current home pace is making finding time to exercise a bit difficult, and has been for a few weeks. So running at lunch seems like a good plan, at least until I'm off for vacation the last week of the month.
Let's take the high ground for our health this week and BE AWESOME!

This week I am focusing on really keeping track of my water! I am bad about paying attention to how much I actually drink so my goal over the next couple of weeks is to log every ounce of water I put in to ensure I am getting enough! I think was typically drinking about 64 ounces but I want to try and get over 100 ounces a day.
I just upgraded my gym membership so that I could use any of their gyms around town since there is one right by my office so I too would love to start working out a lunch but my hair is too short to go back in a ponytail right now and I won't have the time to shower and do my hair before going back to work! Oh it must be nice to be a guy!!!!! I am trying to find a creative way to style my hair leaving it wet but it is effin cold outside so I dunno!!!! I might have to give it a bit to grow out a bit more before I can start the lunch workouts!!!!0 -
I did weigh in at the doctor's and I had a melt down....ok but anyway this week I want to try to eat small frequent meals...0

Hi Andre!
I'm glad we're now new friends, I can tell you're a positive person and I LOVE that!
I am going to remain diligent and conscious of everything I put into my mouth and up my exercising a bit. I'm trying to add a little more each week.
I'm already planning on what we will be having and NOT having in the house for the holidays, which is good for everyone in the house.
