Well, since no one from my group has done this yet... hi guys! My name is Janna. I'm 23 years old and I'm Canadian! I've been working on my own to lose weight since June, and have managed to get down 30lbs. But I've been plateauing for a couple months now, and I'm really hoping that MFP and the support of its members can help me break through and get on to that last phase!
And I have a real issue with focusing too much on the scale, so I love the idea of NSVs.
