Insanity Upper Body with Weights

What do I do with this segment? It's not listed in my schedule. I tried it out today for the first time after one of the cardio workouts and like it, but where does it belong in the schedule?

    I had the same dilemma. I added it a couple times , ironically as a rest day...

    I never found a good way to mix it in so I ended up doing an Insanity / P90x hybrid to get a consistent weigh routine mixed in.

    I don't have that one, but if it emphasizes strength training vs. cardio, I'd keep doing what you're doing and place it on the days after a cardio-intensive workout (eg. after max circuit, max plyo, or max cardio) to switch between strength/cardio .
