Tonight is my final night of 30 day shred with Jillian, can't say that I will miss it but I have a few of her other dvds and her new one on the way.
I posted my results in my blog for those of you who wish to view them. It was tough I won't lie. But you really feel accomplished when you are done.

We can't get to your blog unless you are friends :S But good job on completing it!!! I have never actually finished the 30day shred.
Im working on her Ripped in 30 atm, Week 2 day 6 today. And it kicks my butt! I will actually finish this one. And then I am going ot move back onto the 30DS and finish THAT on finally lol
