Well, with Christmas coming, I know everyone is super busy. SO... 1st Don't forget to weigh in!

1. So, because Christmas is getting closer, how about while you are shopping, take the long way. Walk the long way to the department you want to go to. Or, take a few extra walks around the mall. Get in some workouts while you shop!

2. Try not to eat any fast food this week. With shopping it seems so easy to grab dinner on the go. Let’s save some money and calories by not doing it. IF you must, and there is no way to avoid it, get a salad.

3. Here’s a cool website I found that emails you daily AB stuff to do.

    The weekend was long. The Packers won. Marquette and the Badgers won. It looks to be a great time to be in Wisconsin. Who would have thought those words could be uttered in December. A few too many calories ingested and not much exercise. The later was by choice. I am stiff and feel the need to stretch more than burn. Here's to hoping it helps. I did do the elliptical this AM and stretches afterward.
