and today I redid Monday's workout and also did Crossfit endurance which was 3 sets 1000 meter row

60 minutes of Zumba... 750 calories. My heart just wasn't into it and my legs felt like lead... but I did it, sort of. LOL
The lack of sleep this week was really showing. But, I am hoping to go again on Sunday and I know I'll do better then.0 -
