Goal for Week of December 12th

This week our goal is to to do one workout that is 60 minutes of pure cardio i.e. running, incline walk, elliptical, bike. If you have to take breaks, what I usually have my clients do is just do 30-60 second breaks at a time then keep going.
Our food goal is to eat some type of leafy green everyday this week. i.e. spinach, romaine, kale etc. DARK GREENS
