Our goal this week is to workout with heavier weights than normal one day this week and really push ourselves during our weight training sessions. This may mean adding a Body Pump class or doing a little research to do a workout on our own! A partner may be necessary for spotting :) Good Luck!

This week our goal is to to do one workout that is 60 minutes of pure cardio i.e. running, incline walk, elliptical, bike.
