“On the 10th day of Christmas, my Awesome Sauce Momma sent to me, 50 single leg dead lifts, 60 side plank hip dips, 20 burpees, 30 superman planks, 70 lateral hurdle hops, 10 inchworms, 40 bench dips, 70 jump squats, 15 pushups and 60 mountain climbers”
(Do 50 single leg dead lifts (25/leg), 60 side plank hip dips,(30/side), 20 burpees, 30 superman planks, 70 lateral hurdle hops, 10 inchworms, 40 bench dips, 70 jump squats, 15 pushups and 60 mountain climbers consecutively.)
