Overcoming Binge Eating (Fairburn): http://www.amazon.com/Overcoming-Binge-Eating-Christopher-Fairburn/dp/0898621798
Although this book seems more like a reading you would do in university as part of a psych undergrad - particularly the first half - it can provide you with A LOT insight with regards to binge eating regardless of whether you are diagnosed with a formal eating disorder. The second half of the book is practical self-help to guide you through what you need to do to change and say "good-bye" to your binge eating. Based on proven scientific research...no fad diets or anything of that sort
