“On the 11th day of Christmas, my Awesome Sauce Momma sent to me, 80 bicycle crunches, 40 single leg dead lifts, 40 side plank hip dips, 15 burpees, 20 superman planks, 60 lateral hurdle hops, 8 inchworms, 30 bench dips, 60 jump squats, 10 pushups and 50 mountain climbers”
(Do 80 bicycle crunches (40/side), 40 single leg dead lifts (20/leg), 40 side plank hip dips,(20/side), 15 burpees, 20 superman planks, 60 lateral hurdle hops, 8 inchworms, 30 bench dips, 60 jump squats, 10 pushups and 50 mountain climbers consecutively.)
