Day 1 - extra lazy! no workout for me
Day 2 - 45 min speed interval running - 2.5 miles
Day 3 - elliptical 45 mins
Day 4 - 40 min speed interval running - 2.8 miles

Day 2 & 3 - lazy... Unmotivated...
Day 3 - heading there now! Make up time!0 -

I messed up on my last post, so here are the end results for the last week of the fitness challenge
Day 1 - 40 min elliptical & 30 min Treadmill
Day 2 - 60 min treadmill & 15 min elliptical
Day 3 & 4 - off
Day 5 40 min elliptical & 20 min treadmill
Day 6 - 40 min elliptical & 20 min treadmill and 40 min walk outside with the doggies
Day 7 - 120 min hike (hills...)
All total during the fitness challenge here are my results!
Week 1 - 255 minutes in 5 days
Week 2 - 340 minutes in 6 days
Week 3 - 320 minutes in 6 days
Week 4 - 425 minutes in 5 days
Grand total: 1,340 minutes or 22 1/2 hours.

I never thought I would ever get to this amount of exercise! My next challenge is to start p90x on Dec 26th for (gulp) the 90 day challenge and then in the spring a running challenge. Let me know if you want to join me and I will send you an invite.

We could continue this challenge with the 6 week challenge? Let me know if you are interested and I will send a note out to see if others are interested in joining us. 6 weeks seems more achievable than 90 days and will help me get there.0
