“On the 12th day of Christmas, my Awesome Sauce Momma sent to me, 90 seconds of jumprope, 60 bicycle crunches, 30 single leg dead lifts, 30 side plank hip dips, 15 burpees, 20 superman planks, 45 lateral hurdle hops, 8 inchworms, 30 bench dips, 45 jump squats, 10 pushups and 50 mountain climbers”
(Do 90 seconds of jumprope, 60 bicycle crunches (40/side), 30 single leg dead lifts (20/leg), 30 side plank hip dips,(20/side), 15 burpees, 20 superman planks, 45 lateral hurdle hops, 8 inchworms, 30 bench dips, 45 jump squats, 10 decline pushups and 50 mountain climbers consecutively.)
