Ok, my 1 thing for this week is to stay at or under cals each day with 1 cheat day for the week.

Mon - 30 mins cardio, 30 mins toning Body Sculpt TBL, 10 mins PAT (Problem Area Targeting) Did ALL but the PAT - Couldnt pull it off!
Tues - 30 mins Cardio, 10 mins PAT, 20 mins Cardio - 20 Mins Cardio (All I could do),
Wed - REST
Thurs - 30 mins cardio, 30 mins toning Body Sculpt TBL, 10 mins PAT (Problem Area Targeting)
Fri - 30 mins Cardio, 10 mins PAT, 20 mins Cardio
Sat - 20 Mins Pilates, 20 Mins Cardio

Monday-Didn't stay under or at calories because I got home late and gave into eating out.0

My 1 thing this week is going to be to walk on my treadmill for 30 minutes at least 2x by Sunday. I need to get back into a routine of regular exercise. Tonight is my last class for 2 weeks so this should be a good time to re-focus my attention.0

JUST CHECKING IN. Glad that I did too because I forgot what my "1 thing" was LMAO. College is killing my brain cells UGHHHHHH Tonight I am going to be walking for hours while I'm Christmas shopping...does that count as exercise?0 -
