Clean Start-Week 1-Jan 23-29/Weigh in on Jan 27
Ok, so those of us that wish to join we are starting clean on Monday. We will also weigh in on Fridays. So, here is my stats and my 1 goal for next week. SW: 206.6(I weighed in today) Goal: To do C25K at least 3 days.
Week 3 - Jan 16 to Jan 22
Ok, I know it is early but, I am going ahead and posting for next week. I am going to do my C25K(walk) every other day.
Week 2 - Jan 9th to Jan 15th
Ok, let's try this one more time. I am going to try to work out every other day.
Week 1-A New Year, A New You- Jan 2nd - Jan 8th
Ok, now for me to get back on track. I AM going to do my exercise this week. I AM going to do C25K every other day and 100 situps on my off days. I know I can do this because I have done it before. I am going to start this year off right and healthy.
Week 4 Dec 26- Jan 1
Sorry I started the thread late. Let's see mine for this week is C25K every other day and 100 situps on the days I don't do the C25K.

Just thought I would put a link in here for anyone that wants to share recipes.
Week 3 - Dec 19th to Dec 25
My goal for this week is the same as week 1. I am going to do C25K every other day and do 100 Situps on the days that I am not doing the C25K.
Week 2 Dec 12 - Dec 18
Ok, my 1 thing for this week is to stay at or under cals each day with 1 cheat day for the week.
Week 1 Dec 5 - Dec 11
My one thing to be held accountable for this week is to walk/jog every other day. If, I do more then that is just an extra plus for me. Monday-Completed walk/jog Tuesday-Did 100 Situps
