Do I have to?!
I am scared to get on the scale after this week! "Shark" week was horrible on me ... I was craving EVERYTHING horrible for me! I tried my best to not give in too much but it was so hard. It took every ounce of control I had to not bake cookies and eat them all!0 -
Good morning!
I lost 5lbs this week!!! I really wasn't expecting much since I was sick most of week, on antibiotics and lacking exercise! I was pretty diligent on keeping my calories in check and trying to watch my sodium intake.

@ khotch - great work - sorry to hear about the illness, though. Hope you are feeling better this week!
@ slashkiss - yes, you have to. Don't worry - we won't judge...but you have to stay accountable to yourself.
As for myself, I'm down 1.5 lbs to 211 today. I was honestly expecting to stay flat this week since I didn't do much formal exercise and ate a few too many desserts (1500 calories over on the week) with all the holiday partying going on. Looking back, though, I think I underestimated the workouts I got putting up Christmas lights, cleaning and decorating the house, playing with the kids, etc. I don't log activity like that, but it still helps!
Still, I need to stay vigilant...more holiday parties to come - vigilance and self control - that's my motto this week.

So this weeks weight in, I weighed myself at karate today and i was down a pound since last week. That makes me happy. I'm at 155lbs now!!! 1 pound today, 10 to 15 more to go! :happy:0
