Hey Everyone. I have been struggling lately with keeping my motivation strong. What is everyones best tip that keeps them going?

  • Mirrors. I love looking in the mirror and seeing less and less fat on my body each week. I love dancing around my room but back when I was heavier, I used to jiggle a lot and it did NOT feel good. Now I don't jiggle as much and I can dance around in front of my mirror with a tight fitting shirt and cute shorts.

Clothes are also a great motivation for me. When I see something cute and I try it on, it doesn't always work out because I don't fit in certain places. I used to wear a lot of baggy clothing (still do on occasion) but now-a-days I can wear more tight fitting clothing, girly stuff. Although I'm not real big on looking girly, it is nice to feel pretty once in a while. I've even stooped to wearing leggings, something I would never even DARE to wear when I was 17 pounds heavier!

The last thing that motivates me... People. I'm paranoid that people don't talk to me or judge me because of my weight. No, I don't think people should change for others but I'd like to be able to walk down the streets and not feel like someone somewhere is thinking "Ew, look at this fat chick walking down the street." It's an awful thing to think and even worse that people would even think or say that to someone else, so I'm doing my best to pull myself out of that situation. I'm beautiful as I am now but I want to show people just how bright I can shine!
