What do you consider to be a staple for supplemental nutrition?
My short list:
Why not -Brand X Multi-vitamin
Good Fat- EFA (Fish oil - pills work fine for me)
Cutting Calories/No milk - Vitamin-D pill (AM/PM)
Stimulants / Coffee & Green Tea - Of course, I've tried others like Jacked, etc but I don't take them for very long.
Joints/ Cissus
..and of course protein powder. I don't bother with Casein as a supplement as I enjoy cottage cheese.
Also, if IF or really slice my macros I supplement with a bulk BCAA powder. A bit pricey and it's a bit of a questionable supplement.
Occasionally I will go on creatine and off of it..

A cheap multi vit can't be bad and calcium if you don't get it from food regularly...0 -
