This month I want to focus on toning arms. So, here is this month's challenge:

In addition to your regular workouts, complete this exercise video/routine at least 3 times a week:

I know some of you already do some of these moves in your regular exercise (like I do), but do these in addition to your regular workouts.

This month's food challenge is to get as much, or even more, milligrams of potassium than sodium. For example, if you consume 1500mg of Sodium, try to get at least 1500 mg of potassium.

Some good sources of potassium are:
-Citrus fruit (oranges and orange juice are great sources!)
-Bananas
-Potatoes
-lima/pinto/kidney beans
-spinach
