I love to eat when I am reading a book at night..even though I am not hungry! When do you love to eat even when you don't need to?

    i nibble too much. i nibble when I'm at home, which is not way too much. I nibble when I'm alone, which is now four times a week. I nibble when I'm bored and when I am overwhelmed at a project I should do.
