“On the 15th day of Christmas, my Awesome Sauce Momma sent to me,45 sumo squats, 50ab crunches, 40 Jumping Jacks, 45 seconds of jumprope, 30 bicycle crunches, 30 single leg dead lifts, 30 side plank hip dips, 15 burpees, 20 superman planks, 45 lateral hurdle hops, 8 inchworms, 30 bench dips, 35 jump squats, 10 pushups and 35 mountain climbers”
(Do 45 sumo sqats, 50 ab crunches, 40 Jumping Jacks, 45 seconds of jumprope, 30 bicycle crunches (40/side), 30 single leg dead lifts (20/leg), 30 side plank hip dips,(20/side), 15 burpees, 20 superman planks, 45 lateral hurdle hops, 8 inchworms, 30 bench dips, 35 jump squats, 10 decline pushups and 35 mountain climbers consecutively.)
