So, I was thinking about making a new spreadsheet when January comes alone. This way our group can start off fresh. And maybe get some new members along the way.

What would you like to see as challenges? I was thinking of adding some non workout related challenges as well. If anyone knows how to make the spreadsheet show our percent and total lost like they did in the current spreadsheet, feel free to do it again, because I have not a clue. lol

So, here's our new spreadsheet when January starts.

I made it so that you all can add your own info as well. So feel free to add your name into this sheet. If you weigh in on different days than Friday's, that is ok. Just post it on the sheet. I'll put them in alphabetical order later, so we can easily find ourselves.

I'll be posting weekly challenges to work on for the week. Feel free to give me some ideas, I am open to anything.

New members, feel free to post in the welcome thread and share a bit about yourself!!!

How about going through our drawers or closets as a challenge on different weeks. Not the whole thing as that would be overwhelming but maybe a small organizational thing each week, one drawer, one small closet or part of one. I have been trying all year to do my closets and the project always seems to big, I think I am going to do a piece of it at a time this year challenge or not.

Thinking maybe there are some others like me that need a smaller organizational challenge!

I will be back to gym and able to do all the exercises by Jan. I just started working with a great physical therapist and she is helping my back a lot.

sounds like a wonderful idea to clean after the holidays. I am sure all the taking things to the trash or Goodwill will burn up something.

Found this suggestion on a website....we talked alot about squeezing in workouts at work...and doing squats...situps....etc. Why not add some upper body!! Just a though....

    "Armed an Dangerous
If you have been an office worker for a long time you don't use your arm strength on a daily basis. This week your group can concentrate on doing at least one arm exercise each day to tone and strengthen."
