Reviews I'm reading on amazon say this workout is actually...gasp...fun? WTF? Jillian and fun are not two words I'd ever use together in a sentence. Who has tried it? Set us straight?!?!!? I'm intrigued to give it a go now!

Absolutely nothing about that sounds "fun" to me! :bigsmile:0 -
I just did level 1 and 2 back to back...I did think level 1 was a little fun, but not so much for level 2!!! I was sweating my butt off! I'm thinking I'm gonna be sore tomorrow!!0
-
I have given Level 1 a go just to see what was in store. I wouldn't exactly call it "fun" but it is an awesome workout. I am yet to try Level 2 but I doubt that is any more fun lol!0
-
I did roughly half of level one tonight (faced an intense foot pain that refused to go away so I took the hint and stopped) - and, actually, it was kind of "fun" - it's a great workout. Can't wait to get thru the whole damn thing!0
-
I did all of level 1 today and roughly half of level 2. I must say, I dig it! It's not a typical workout - def lots of dif moves to it. I burned some wicked calories, too (almost 600 in the 45 minutes I did).0
-
that's an amazing burn!!! i would love to try to do level 1 tonight i'm curious to see if it is "fun" lol0
-
@sd...I just read about your burn from 12-18...that is sweet!! My damn HRM hasn't been working for at least a month, so I have no idea how to log it...ugh!! I'll just go with circuit training, (boring!!!) I replaced the battery in the chest strap, but that didn't seem to help....yes, it's pissing me off!!!0
-
Also, did we decide how many days per week we were going to do Shed and Shred?0
-
No, that's a REALLY good question - I'm wondering that myself and am open to opinions.
As far as the burn, I was impressed! I wanna do the whole thing in the next day or two and see what my burn is!0 -
I was also shocke to see so many on Amazon calling it fun, but it helped me try to look at it as fun when I tried it, and I guess it was fun! I did level 1 only and liked it.0
-
Just did level 1 for the first time, and I agree - it was a lot of fun!!!0
