Holiday Small-iday!

I'm determined to think SMALL for the Holidays! This is such a precarious time for making choices... I so love sharing some wine and cheese with friends and family! And Butter Cookies! And Egg Nog! And going out to EAT! And Chocolate!

But this year I'm going to think SMALL: A SMALL glass of wine and skip the cheese; a SMALL serving of Butter Cookies (like 2 instead of 20!) and skip the Egg Nog. a SMALL number of meals out... but I'm not going to skip the Chocolate! I will have a SMALL piece, however, not an out-of-control binge.

And, weather permitting, I WILL walk the dog every day, even if I have to fit it in with two SMALL walks instead of one long walk. She needs it, and so do I!

Anyone else want to think SMALL?

I think SMALL should stand for something... like, "Size Matters Angelface: Live Long" That's pretty bad... any other suggestions?

I'm going to try to keep the baking of treats to a minimum. I made some fudge, to share, yesterday and I might make one batch of ginger cookies!

Just like me, I'm late. But I love the concept and I'm going to think SMALL.. Small makes a little lady. smart meals, a longer life..
