    My 1st fit test results

    Switch kicks=30
    Power jacks= 30
    Power Knees= 36
    Power Jumps=20
    Globe Jumps=16
    Suicide Jumps=18
    Push up jacks=52
    Low Plank Oblique= Lost count after 20+

    My Legs felt like well cooked noodles after this :)

    Just done my first fit test (6 am 26/12/11). Found some really difficult and was flagging a bit by the end:

    Switch kicks 48
    Power jacks 54
    Power Knees 78
    Power Jumps 29
    Globe Jumps 8
    Suicide Jumps 10
    Push up jacks 9
    Low Plank Oblique 24

    Power Jacks 46 or 56 (I think I lost count somewhere in the 30s so not sure where I ended up!

    Definitely a rude awekening... My inner thighs already hurt! Guess I got work to do to get back in shape and back to where I was at the end of my first round! Good luck everyone, and let's try to make this journey as fun as possible!

    Yup, both legs.
    I was so tired so some the count I did was wrong but then too tired to redo it. Next test, I probably have to do slower so I can have the correct count.
