My 1st fit test results
Switch kicks=30
Power jacks= 30
Power Knees= 36
Power Jumps=20
Globe Jumps=16
Suicide Jumps=18
Push up jacks=52
Low Plank Oblique= Lost count after 20+
My Legs felt like well cooked noodles after this0 -
I did the fit test on 12/19/11:
Switch Kicks 62
Power Jacks 50
Power Knees 80

Just done my first fit test (6 am 26/12/11). Found some really difficult and was flagging a bit by the end:
