Hi there, part of my final goal was to lose enough weight to run a 5 k within a year of losing my weight. just wondering if anyone here has signed up for the new years resolution run?

    My spouse and I have, but we're going to run it in Sudbury. We're visiting family there for New Year's.

    It's a good thing to sign up for running room events so that you can get notifications about races early on. The Res Runs sell out pretty quickly. I have run it twice and it's really a nice way to end the year.
