(Do 10 side planks ((hold each 20 seconds each)), 45Scissors Kick, 35 sumo sqats, 40 ab crunches, 35Jumping Jacks, 40 seconds of jumprope, 30 bicycle crunches (40/side), 30 single leg dead lifts (20/leg), 30 side plank hip dips,(20/side), 15 burpees, 20 superman planks, 45 lateral hurdle hops, 8 inchworms, 30 bench dips, 35 jump squats, 10 decline pushups and 35 mountain climbers consecutively.)
