Ideas for Muscle Gain

Hi All,

I am a fit 22 year old (10 super slow full extensive pullups, 30 pushups, sub 7 min mile) but not the kind of fit I want to be. I am starting my whole primal journey with initial calorie deficit to get down to 130 (or less) from the 140 I weigh now and after that I really want to focus on building up muscle. I have plans to do crossfit 2-3x a week but wonder if anyone else has tips for muscle gain for the days I'm not crossfitting.

My weak points are my lats/shoulders on upper body and hams/calves on my lower. I'd like to build those areas up as well as get some obliques that pop with out a gym membership. Creative food and workout suggestions for when this muscle building time comes?
