“On the 19th day of Christmas, my Awesome Sauce Momma sent to me,25 Normal Deadlifts, 40 seconds Double unders, 10 side planks ((hold each 20 seconds each)) 40 Scissors Kicks, 30sumo squats, 30ab crunches, 30 Jumping Jacks, 40 seconds of jumprope, 30 bicycle crunches, 30 single leg dead lifts, 30 side plank hip dips, 15 burpees, 20 superman planks, 45 lateral hurdle hops, 8 inchworms, 30 bench dips, 30 jump squats, 10 pushups and 30 mountain climbers”

(Do 25 normal Deadlifts, 40 seconds double unders,10 side planks ((hold each 20 seconds each)), 40Scissors Kick, 30 sumo sqats, 30 ab crunches, 30Jumping Jacks, 40 seconds of jumprope, 30 bicycle crunches (40/side), 30 single leg dead lifts (20/leg), 30 side plank hip dips,(20/side), 15 burpees, 20 superman planks, 45 lateral hurdle hops, 8 inchworms, 30 bench dips, 30 jump squats, 10 decline pushups and 30 mountain climbers consecutively.)
