WOW!! Can ya'll believe we're on week 16? Only 2 more weigh ins!!!! These last two challenges are going to be REAL challenges! I know the holidays are a super busy time for everyone, but at least try to squeeze these in!
Food Challenge: OK, Christmas is over the weekend, so all this week, be within 100 calories of your goal! Now, for those that do Christmas and Christmas Eve, enjoy your Christmas dinners! I don't want to deprive you of a wonderful meal, and I don't want to make ya'll feel guilty if you eat over! Christmas is a time to celebrate and be with family and friends! But, Monday-Friday is the work week! So within 100 calories for 5 days! I know we can do it!
Exercise Challenge: OK, I thought long and hard about our last 2 challenges, and I decided this week will be weight challenges, and next week will be cardio challenges. So, for our weight challenges....FIRST be safe! Do not do more than you can handle!
3 sets of 10 chest flies:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QeqbKZxeP2A&feature=fvsr now the video shows it on a table, but you can also do these flat on the floor
3 sets of 10 shoulder press:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FpWrzp9Mnyg these can also be done while standing...just watch your posture!!
3 sets of 10 bicep curls:

3 sets of 10 squats
3 sets of 10 lunges
3 sets of 10 calf raises with weights:

Alternate your arms and legs daily! If you do not have weights, try to find something (like a gallon of milk, or some big cans of soup) anything that can add some weight to these workouts!!
Have a wonderful week and a great Christmas!! (or whatever holiday you may be celebrating, or if you are not celebrating a holiday, have a great week!
)
