So, I completed level 1 lastnight, and half of level 2 (I was overly exhausted so I caved and gave up). I didn't realize I was working the lower body quite so much but my legs are screaming at me this morning. I think I actually really like this workout - as much as it pains me to say I enjoy anything Jillian Michaels related!
To those who have tried it - what are your thoughts?

I did level 1 and 2 back to back Friday afternoon. My body has been sore ever since! However, on Thursday the cross country coach critiqued my running form, so since Thursday I've been running differently, too. Let's just say...total muscle confusion!!! But I liked level 1 a lot. I think level 2 could grow on me!!0
