Any tips for an Insanity newbie?

Hi everyone! I am expecting my Insanity in the mail today and am just so excited to start it. I just joined MFP and have been through 5 rounds of P90X. I'm ready for something more challenging because my body gets used to almost every routine i go through. I know most of you have already started it, so i probably joined the wrong group, but I figured since you all have had experience this would be a good group to join. Any tips would be great appreciated :flowerforyou:

The 1st week, focus on do the correct form, not how much you can do.
Don't jump to high, listen to Shaun T and focus on landing correctly.
Lots of people get injured because they comprise their form.
My knees were sored for the 1st 2 weeks then they get starts to feel better.
Make sure you have enought energy and lots of water.
Feed you body well.
The actual work out is only half hour for the 1st month and every second of it is well xpend0 -
