My first fit test since starting the program 2 weeks ago is today and I can wait to see my development! Figured I'd start a topic do everyone can brag about their progress ;) because after you go thru the grueling insanity workouts you deserve bragging rights!!!

I did the Plyometric Cardio today. I really like it! The basketball drill was very hard! I can't wait till I get better at it and can do all the reps! I don't think my running shoes are the right shoes for this though. I'll have to find others. Hope you all had a great day! :smile:
