Doing it!

hey group! My goal is to work out with the Nike training club app 6 days a week! I'm currently 168 and I want to get back into shape! I can't go it alone so a friend recommended this site to help with the encouragement! Excited to start and see everones progress!

    Hey there! 'm brand new to this site but I am ready to start getting myself into shape and could use all the support/motivation/tips I can get. I've never gotten involved in anything like this before, but nothing in the past has seemed to work so LETS DO THIS!! I'm ready for a new year and a brand new me! My goal is to stick to it and not to give up half way threw. I plan to increase the amount of water I drink, cut back on the sugar and salt, and to motivate myself to work out as often as I can! If I could lose as little as 15 pounds during this time I would be happy! I think once I start losing that will be the motivation I need to keep going!
