Watching the Insanity infomercial... Getting me pumped up to start back in!

    I can't wait for Monday - really looking forward to starting. I hatched this plan with a friend in October so been waiting ages to start at a time I knew work wouldn't get in the way of me finishing.

    No idea how i'll do with the fit test but I think i will find a few exercises very hard indeed :))

    Really looking forward to it too! I've been so bad with exercise this past few months that I'm terrified of the fit test but I'm sure we'll get through it together.

    Don;t stress too much about the Day 1 fit test... remember, you'll only get better! You can do it!
