It's SIMPLE. It's FREE.

In order to get myself into a "groove" of being more "on it" and helping me to burn all those extra calories I consume(d) during the Holidays, I am going to COMMIT to TWO workouts a day until January 1st. I will take one rest day per week, but otherwise I will workout for a minimum of 30 minutes at a time TWICE per day...

The average person gains weight this time of year. Let's beat the odds and LOSE!!!!!!

    I am going to try and work out twice a day Mon - Sat for the month of Jan. Wednesdays I may not be able to, but 5x/week should be good.
