100 Down ~ 4 yr. Plateau
Howdy, I lost 100 lb and I have proudly kept it off, however, I have been stuck and still have about 50-60 I could lose. Has anyone advice on how to resume a loss in fat?

Extra skin
I have lost 120lbs and do all the right workouts. Weights and cardio and am in very good shape yet I absolutely CANNOT get rid of that damn extra skin? Does everyone else have this problem? Has anyone found something other than surgery to help?
