Exercise you love to hate?

Elliptical. *shudder*. Loathe it. I could barely move the things (what do you call them - pedals?) the first couple of times I tried.

And these lunge-walk things the trainer has me do. I feel all wobbly and off balance and like a million people are watching. Especially when we do them in the main room where all the treadmills are - so they probably ARE watching. Blech!0

I agree with the lunges..... Also, it is funny how I don't want to do any exercise and yet when I'm done I feel great. WHY can't I remember that feeling and strive for it?0

Maybe it gets better as we go along? I don't mind exercising as much now - if you'd asked me a year ago if I'd ever join a gym, I would tell you you were crazy. Now, I'm glad I did and like going 3 times a week. ... but if you ask me now if I would go 4 or 5 times a week, I'd tell you you were crazy... maybe that'll change over the next year, too!0
