Good morning!

My workout goal today is to do the hour-long workout on my new Bob Harper weight training DVD. I am sure I will have to take a lot of breaks, but I want to try it!

    Afternoon - I'm going to be heading out to the gym in about an hour. On tap is:

    5 sets:
    10 burpee
    15 kb swing, 32kg/24kg
    35 double-under
    C2 row - 60 seconds
    rest/walk 3 minutes
    (if I'm gaging it correctly, this will take me, including warmup, just over an hour.

    After that I get to do:
    Endurance: 2 sets 2k rowing at 5k rowing pace, rest 5 min between sets

    It's going to be a long evening
