Do you guys have any NSV's you want to share....(NON SCALE VICTORIES)
I will share this one. I saw my nephew the other day for the first time in several months. He looked at me kinda funny but didnt say anything at first. Then finally he said Aunt, we are gonna have to get some food for you because you are gonna waste away. I can tell you have lost alot of weight. I said thank you for noticing but I have plenty to eat HAHA. I was just proud to know that someone I hadnt seen in a while could see a difference because many times we get discouraged because no one seems to say anything at all and it seems that all our efforts are not even being noticed. Dont get discouraged because we are making a difference in our health.

I've lost almost 20lbs and can't even tell when I look at myself. I've had so many people ask me or come right out and congratulate me on my weight loss! It means a lot, especially since I don't see it when I look at myself.0
