Hey guys sorry for posting this Late. I almost forgot, i just saw SEAMOAN87 post and it reminded me.
Every post how much weight you lost. Only the amount of weight lost so it would be easier to determine who won and go on their page to congratulate them:)

I've lost 16 pounds since I've been here...I'm not sure if we are posting from the beginning or from last Thursday. If last Thursday then it's been 3 pounds
