Losing muscles
I have been exercising and dieting for six months now and have lost 80 lbs. However, now I find that I cannot lift as much weight as I did last week and the week before and get tired more easily. It's Week 5 !!
I am down 1.2 pounds this week which is amazing because I totally cheated on Tuesday night...I went to a Chinese buffet and had a whole wheat bagel at midnight...but I was truly hungry then...lol...anyways, its my first real cheat meal and I tried to drink a lot of water...apparently my other food decisions for the day…
Week 4
I'm afraid I'm starting to yo-yo. I lost nine pounds and I'm down to 169. That's good of course but I lose and gain so easily I'm nervous that I can never achieve real weight loss. I need to do a lot better tracking my food and getting my work outs in. I never want to be in the 170's again! How did everyone else do this…
We're on week three now, right?
I was really busy all last week with family and holidays and majorly fell off the wagon. I gained back the eight pounds I lost, but at least I'm not deeper in a hole, just back to where I started. :/ I weigh 178 and I'm so sick of living like this, change starts today, who's with me? :)

Congrats to everyone who participated in weigh in week 1 I have been doing really bad, because i still haven't adjusted to a new living environment I gained almost 1 pound this week I really promise to do better from now on and have a different result next week

I"ve been with MFP almost 2 months and need to lose 30 lbs. I have never had a weight problem until I reached my 40's, I will lose 2-5 albs and gain it right back. Getting Started:)
So i created this group this afternoon, and i always happy to see that it already have 6 memebers. So basically we will all report how much weight we've lost every week (dec, 22) and congratulate whoever has lost the most. (Please loose it the healthy way) And as group members lets add each other and comment on one another…
