HOPE YOU'RE READY :-)

45 jumping jacks
20 star jumps

20 hip width squats
20 regular forward lunges ( left then right=1 rep)
15 ( each leg) one legged chair squat

30 weighted pelvic tilts ( do 10 hold contraction at the top for 10 seconds and rest for 5 seconds... repeat for 3 sets)

30 seconds jumprope
30 seconds butt kicks

10 crunches
10 sit-ups
5 push-ups
10 bicycle crunches ( left/right = one rep)
( repeat for a total of 3 sets )

45 jumping jacks
20 star jumps
30seconds jumprope
30seconds butt kicks

hold standard plank for 30seconds and you're done :-)

2 liters of water,2 fruit, 3 veggies

    Well that was a nice butt kickin' for a Friday especially with the holiday this weekend!! Great way to work out everything! I think these challenges are preparing me well for January, I'm in a group doing 2012 pushups, squats and crunches in the month of January!

    Great job ladies :-) I finished the challenge after a nice run this morning :-) and I admit it was s tough workout...those star jumps kill me every time.. but I am getting much better at them :-) MERRY CHRISTMAS enjoy your weekend!
