    Ok I'll just try it out with one time a day and move up to two times the next week and three times the third final week then. Maybe that will be better.

    I think so too. Maybe throw in some extras in the beginning. Your body may react in a very positive way THEN you can add more. I don't want anyone to get discouraged after trying to do too much and being too sore.

    I picked up a couple of high-intensity sports bras today for the challange. They didn't have them in my size (of course), so I got the 36D ones and will wear them over a regular bra that fits to keep me from flopping around.
