So, what is everyone's plans for the new year? How are we going to reach our goals and stick to it. What's the plan?My plan is to actually stick to my workouts. I have been doing pretty good with food, now if only I can make the time to workout every single day, life would be great.

Now that Christmas is put to bed for another year, I am not waiting until New Year's to make resolutions and get back on the proverbial wagon! Even as leftovers, cake, and the cookies I baked yesterday linger...as of 12:01 am Monday i was back in healthy mode! Came in under my calories goal (even after sampling the cookies..) and got in my water goal for Monday! Its been 36 hrs without diet soda also, yesterday I had a bad headache all day, which i think was from the withdrawals from caffeine...muddled through and feel great now!! Today I am hoping to add the exercise aspect back! :D

This coming after a 4 week hiatus on exercise and eating healthy, that saw an 8lbs increase...although as of today I am down 5 of those lbs and now I am 3lbs from where I was back at the end of October!! YAY ME!!! Looking forward to getting back on track with everyone!!

After a very disappointing couple of months I am slowly taking baby steps. I have managed to log in constantly. Today I logged everything I ate. Now to keep that up and get active again. My meds where switched again but I'm so sick of that messing with me so I'm going to just push through.

So far I have added two pounds over the holiday. I will stop this and maintain a healthy weight in 2012. I have heard that keeping the weight off is harder than losing it. I have to prove that wrong. I know it will be a life-long obligation that I owe to myself. Here goes the first step. Weigh-in tomorrow and then it's off (and staying off)
