So week after Christmas most people are probably done their Christmases (I've still got at least one full Christmas to go and possibly another Christmas meal this week)
So try to get back on track by:
- Burning 3000-5000 calories in total this week.
- And of course drink 8 cups of water

Sounds good!! I am back from holidays and I must say I had a lot of fun, miss the mountains already. I figured I did about 32km in hiking/snowshoeing and just had a blast.
I was surprised how well my body adapted to the altitude, I was impressed with myself and I wasn't sore after the hikes.
Anyways I am looking forward to this weeks challenges and I determined more so now than before to reach this goal successfully.0 -
