    Strengths: Drinking water and getting in a good workout - I love running so most days I look forward to the gym
    Weakness: Not knowing how much to eat.
    I can't figure out a good balance and usually end up eating less than I should, but that just makes it harder to lose weight

    Weakness: I have chronic migraines that are aggravated by exercise. I've grown weaker and weaker for 10 years, and am struggling to regain my muscle. I know I can do it, it's just very slow!
